Absolutely. In a group class, an instructor is managing 10–20 students at once. In a private session, every minute is dedicated to you — your alignment, your breath, your goals. Most clients see more progress in 4 private sessions than in months of group classes. It's a fundamentally different experience.
Private sessions are actually perfect for beginners. You'll build a strong, safe foundation without the pressure of keeping up with a class. Marilyn will meet you exactly where you are and help you build confidence from day one.

Sessions take place at Marilyn's private home studio, The Zen Den. A peaceful, intimate and inviting space, dedicated to fostering deep relaxation, gentle movement, and restoring the body while calming the mind for a deeply nourishing experience from the moment you arrive.

Most clients start with one session per week and increase as they feel the benefits. During your complimentary consultation, Marilyn will recommend a frequency based on your goals and lifestyle.

I offer a sliding scale. A sliding scale rate allows me to avoid a flat rate which may be out of reach for some, and is supportive in creating equal access to varying income levels.
