This class is for those who are age 50+ are new to yoga and are looking for a gentle, safe and effective way to reduce stress and enhance strength, flexibility and balance. During this eight-week series, we will focus on some basic yoga poses, stretching, breathing and meditation. In order to make this practice accessible to everyone, the use of modifications, straps and blocks will be offered. This class will leave you with an overall sense of wellbeing, relaxation and peace of mind.
*Please note you should be able to get up and down off the ground with ease.
**If you are under 50, (lucky you!) have never done yoga before and are looking for a slower, gentler approach to yoga, you are welcome to attend.

CLASSES $15
Minimum of four people required to run a class
In this class all poses are done sitting or standing. It is a great class for anyone who has limited mobility and for those who do not wish to get up and down from the floor. Chair yoga will help you access your mobility, strength and flexibility in a safe, gentle and restorative manner. Each class will end with a guided meditation leaving you with a relaxed mind and body.
The Zen Den is located on a lower level, so please note there are stairs to navigate.

Event - $25
Minimum of four people required to run the event.
Step into a peaceful candlelit space and allow yourself to fully unwind.
During this evening of deep relaxation, you'll be guided into stillness as the soothing tones of crystal sound bowls and other healing instruments wash over you.
The vibrations move through the body, helping to melt away tension and stress, quiet the mind, restore balance, and release blocked energy. This is where true healing begins.
The entire experience is done lying down in your own cozy cocoon, allowing you to fully surrender, rest and receive.

CLASSES $20
Minimum of four people required to run a class
A 75-minute class designed to calm your mind and restore ease in your body.
We begin with breathwork and gentle, mindful movement to ease stiffness, tension and calm the nervous system, then transition into soothing guided meditation to quiet the mind and invite deep relaxation and inner stillness.
Each session is approximately 45 minutes to an hour of movement, followed by 15-30 minutes of meditation for full-body relaxation.
With the busy holiday season approaching, this class offers the perfect opportunity to slow down, breathe deeply and quiet the mind - so you could move through the coming weeks with ease, presence and a calm heart, even while hosting or juggling your to-do list.
This class is especially supportive for adults 50+ and anyone seeking a peaceful, accessible practice that nurtures both body and spirit. (You must be able to get up and down from the ground with ease.)
