I teach a yoga that is accessible to you no matter your age, culture, gender, body type or mobility. My class is typically about stretching and breathing, not boosting your heart rate or getting your leg up behind your head. It is more of a slow-paced series of seated, lying down, standing poses and meditation. I also offer Chair Yoga where all poses are done seated or standing. No getting up or down from the floor.
