Minimum of four people required to run a class
This class will be held outdoors weather permitting
This class is for those who are age 50+ and are new to yoga and are looking for a gentle, safe and effective way to reduce stress and enhance strength, flexibility and balance. (You must be able to get up and down from the ground with ease.)
During this class, we will focus on some basic yoga poses, stretching, breathing and meditation. In order to make this practice accessible to everyone, the use of modifications, straps and blocks will be offered. This class will leave you with an overall sense of wellbeing, relaxation and peace of mind.
If you are under age 50, (lucky you!) have never done yoga before and are looking for a slower, gentler approach to yoga, you are welcome to attend.
