A 75-minute class designed to calm your mind and restore ease in your body.
We begin with approximately 45 minutes to an hour of breathwork and gentle, mindful movement to release stiffness, tension and calm the nervous system - followed by 15 to 30 minutes of soothing guided meditation to invite deep relaxation and inner stillness.
With the busy holiday season approaching, this class offers the perfect opportunity to slow down, breathe deeply and quiet the mind - so you can move through the coming weeks with ease, presence and a calm heart, even while hosting or juggling your to-do lists.
This class is especially supportive for adults 50+ and anyone seeking a peaceful, accessible practice that nurtures both body and spirit. (You must be able to get up and down from the ground with ease.)
